Capitol Village has been one of my favorite places to live. The office staff is wonderful. I love the home like feel with the single entrances. I never had any problems, the community is quiet, clean and I never felt unsafe. The cost of the apartment is economical, and having to only pay electric made the cost of living that much easier. I would highly recommend Capitol village & it’s management team to anyone.
Great place to live, the office staff are very attentive to any problems that arise. If I put a maintenance request in it is usually handled by the end of the day, the same day. Marissa is the bees knees and knows how to do her job amazingly well. Jeremy is an amazing maintenance employee and always knows how to fix thing correctly the first time.
My husband and I moved here a little over 2 years ago..and we are still here I love it here! The management is fantastic! But the best thing is….yes HEAT is FREEEE water too!!!
Neighborhood is safe and quiet! I love my apartment here at Capital Village!!!
Capitol Village is a wonderful place to live. It is in a convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters. The apartments are kept up, management is very helpful. The area is quiet and safe. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment.
I have lived here since may 2016, love it Allison is great will help or will work with you on anything. I have had no problems great neighbors, pretty quiet until a fire truck comes by lol they keep up on the lawn, the snow way better than where I use to live and it cost way more $ and nothing ever got done there!! I would definitely refer someone to lease here, and for all my cold friends u don’t have to pay heat so crank her up. I’m here to stay..oh I live in the front so at night it looks like a fair with all the lights from the business across the street kinda cool to just sit on my porch and watch..😊
